i do not know english language - this is correct.
but often i should write technical requests in this language. and i get answers, i understand them.
i do not have any of datasheets, or service manuals, or help files, or tutorials in russian, but i understand what i should read. this is language or something else?
if i should maintain german equipment, i should learn german? or using translating this will be more productive?
